Michele Miletic MSc, is an advance nurse practitioner and continence adviser and the lead urology nurse specialist at the University Hospital Birmingham since 2002.

She qualified as a registered nurse at the famous John Radcliffe University Hospital, Oxford and in 1984. Michele moved to Birmingham and worked in general surgery for 3 years before taking up a position Urology Ward Sister in 1988.

Completing a masters degree in advanced nurse practice (urology) at the University of Birmingham gave her the unique opportunity to expand her nursing knowledge and skills. In 1997 Michele developed autonomous nurse led clinics in New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton performing full assessment, investigation, diagnosis and treatment.

She has since further specialised in one stop clinics in, prostate assessment and assessment of erectile dysfunction. Further more her work in pelvic floor training using biofeedback techniques, teaching and support to patients is well recognised in the region of the West Midlands.
